I've gone through a lot of hardship in my life, only to realize now that living it is not going to be easy. I've said it, put pressure on yourself to improve and grow. Learn a new language, new instrument or go to that networking event you've probably been dreading to go. It will be worth the effort!

Don't wait - get things done ASAP.

You are the director of your life - make it a best seller.
Don't be afraid to take the leap of faith and expand that comfort zone.

I'm gradually increasing my confidence by making short films. I didn't really care much for what content they had, for the pleasure and memories were the things that were most valuable to me. The greatest thing about technology is that we can become a powerful influence in the globe- it all takes a few clicks of the camera and the uttering of articulate words. I am by no means trying to say, create content for the sake of it.

Create things that generate value to others and especially yourself, stuff that aligns with your values.

Getting things done isn't always easy, when mental health is a struggle to maintain at times. Which is why I move on to the next point:

Allow yourself to take breaks

Taking breaks, and getting sleep, is equally as important as getting things done.
Remember that your body is like a machine. It requires resources, even sleep, to function normally.

I've taken a month or two break since writing my last article here. I felt like I needed it to be honest, because without it, I may not be able to regulate myself. I know this article turned into advice land all of a sudden, but it's true. You don't have to fall asleep to achieve your dreams either.
